The sneaky Hibernia Processing Plant one is - start in the room with the fire barrel in it, go through the double doorway into the main plant, look to the left along the wall and you will see a little area in the corner blocked by two crates stacked one on top of the other. There is a (good) chance that the sneaky HIbernia one is there, and if not Scruffy's cave is a fairly good bet. If you still haven't, you might want to have a go at DP.
